The terms and conditions of use

  1. Wholesale Customer Files

1.1 Conditions: To be able to buy wholesale you must carry out some professional activity related to the purchase and sale of minerals or jewelry, craft activities or therapies. Only on the first purchase, you will be asked to make an expense equal to or greater than €60 with the professional discount applied + VAT included. Subsequently, the client will be able to make purchases without any minimum.

Stonez reserves the right to cancel the wholesale account if for any reason we believe that the person does not meet or has ceased to meet the profile required for professionals, such as (see 1.2 and 1.3). In this case, the client will be notified and the account will be suspended.

Return, return and cancellation policies

Processing period: The client will have 2 business days from the date of delivery to claim the return. Said return must be made within a maximum period of 7 calendar days.

What can be returned?: All products may be returned and refunded as long as the customer communicates it within a maximum period of 2 business days from the date of delivery and that they meet the rest of the conditions established in this section according to the article 69 or 71 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, text consolidated by the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

Requirements to return a product: The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered. The shipment must be made using the same protective packaging in which it was received to protect the product. In the event that the original packaging with which the order was delivered is not kept, the customer must return it in a protective box so that the product reaches the Stonez warehouse with the maximum possible guarantees. The product must be free of any use or modification. That will mean that it has not been altered by the client. In the event that a product that does not comply with the above provisions has been returned, the product will be sent back to the customer who will bear the costs of reshipment of said product.

Steps to follow to process the return: If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the purchased product, they have a period of 2 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product to contact Stonez to indicate the reason for the return ( Phone: 952067444, whatsapp 623152841, email: info@stonez.es). Any return without prior communication will not be received. Returns for merchandise defects will be made free of charge. In any other case, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Amount of the refund: Once we receive the return in our warehouses, we will proceed to pay the corresponding amount. The income will be reflected in the statement of movements of your credit card or your bank account if it was paid with a debit card, and/or by bank transfer if the purchase was made with this payment method.

Returns physical store: No returns are made in the physical store with the exception that it is shown that the material has been delivered in poor condition. Claims are only accepted, during the two days after receiving the order and presenting the ticket or purchase invoice. If the return of the product is made by a courier company, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
